Our Return Policy

À JAMAIS will only provide cash refunds on orders that have not been shipped and were placed within the same day as being notified.  Only returns for exchange are offered after an order has been shipped and if the returned item/s are completely unused.  À JAMAIS does not cover return shipping charges unless an error occured by À JAMAIS with the original order and shipment.

Exchanges will be accepted by ÀJAMAIS on completely unused items only.  The following guidelines also must be met for an exchange:

The customer notifies À JAMAIS within 7 calendar days after receiving the order that they would like to initiate an exchange.

The customer then has 14 calendar days after notifying us to ship the item/s back to À JAMAIS.

Terms and Conditions

À JAMAIS is not held responsible for any potential risks involved with the use of our products.  For example, even though our high quality skincare products are as close to All Natural as we can make them,  they do contain a small amount of fragrance oil which can have the potential to agitate extremely sensitive skin.  It should be noted that we use a considerable amount less of fragrance oil than most of our national brand competitors.

À JAMAIS and it’s Sales Consultants does not make any specific health claims regarding our products.  However, by law we can and will inform you of the health benefits pertaining to each individual ingredient contained in our products as well as share both personal experiences and those of others who have had great success with the use of our products.

À JAMAIS’ Sales Consultants are independent contractors and are not direct employees of the company.  We are not responsible for any misrepresentations and mishandling by Consultants regarding our products and company.  However, if you feel this has occurred please notify us immediately so that proper action can be taken.

Privacy

À JAMAIS will not sell or pass your personal information on to any third parties.  All information and data related to customers and transactions are processed and secured via highly encrypted servers.  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards for payment via our secure checkout system.  At this time we do not accept American Express.  From time to time we may send emails with updates on new sales and products.  If you would like to have your name removed from our contact list please contact us at info@experienceforever.com requesting your removal and it will be removed promptly.
